Information You Provide Directly:
Quote & Contact Forms: When you fill out our Quick Quote form or Contact form, we collect information such as your name, email address, and details about your situation relevant to the quote (e.g., filing type, children).
Intake Questionnaire: When you purchase our Services and complete the detailed Intake Questionnaire (hosted via Tally.so), we collect extensive personal information required for divorce document preparation. This includes, but is not limited to: full legal names, addresses, dates of birth, occupations, contact details for both spouses, marriage and separation details, information about dependent children (names, birth dates, arrangements), and details regarding agreed-upon terms of separation.
Payment Information: When you purchase our Services, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not directly collect or store your full credit card information. Stripe provides us with confirmation of payment and limited details like the last four digits of your card.
Information Collected Automatically:
Log Data & Analytics: Like most websites, our Site (hosted on Squarespace) automatically collects certain information when you visit. This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and timestamps. We use this information for site administration and analytics.

To Provide and Manage Services: Primarily, to prepare your uncontested divorce documents based on the information you submit through the Intake Questionnaire.
To Process Payments: To facilitate payment transactions via Stripe for the Services you purchase.
To Communicate With You: To respond to your inquiries via the contact form, send you transaction confirmations, deliver your prepared documents electronically, and provide important updates about our Services.
To Improve Our Site and Services: To analyze how users interact with our Site (using aggregated and anonymized data where possible) to understand usage patterns and improve functionality and user experience.
For Analytics and Marketing: To understand website traffic sources and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics. If you interact with our ads on platforms like Facebook/Instagram, the Meta Pixel helps us measure ad effectiveness (we do not share your sensitive intake data with Meta for ad targeting).

Website & Analytics: Squarespace hosts our Site and collects basic analytics. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel collect usage data.
Forms: Tally.so hosts our Quick Quote and Intake Questionnaires.
Data Storage: Airtable serves as our primary database for storing the detailed information submitted via the Intake Questionnaire.
Document Generation: Documint uses the data from Airtable to generate your PDF documents.
Payment Processing: Stripe processes your payments securely.
We rely on the security measures implemented by these reputable third-party providers, which typically include encryption, access controls, and other industry-standard practices. We also implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards within our own operations to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share your information in the following limited circumstances:
With Service Providers: We share information with the third-party tools essential to providing our Services, as described above (Tally.so, Airtable, Documint, Stripe, Squarespace, Google, Meta). These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide their services to us.
For Document Preparation: Information from your Airtable record is passed to Documint specifically for the purpose of merging it into your document templates.
For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
Business Transfers: If SimplySplit is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
